Welcome to Provencal Plumbing & Propane. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the plumbing and propane services we provide. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number to Provencal Plumbing & Propane, you agree to receive text messages from us about appointment scheduling, service updates, estimates, and billing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. If you ever reply STOP to a message we send, we will automatically unsubscribe you from our text messages. 1. Our Services

Provencal Plumbing & Propane provides residential and commercial plumbing, propane service and installation, and backflow testing throughout the entire central Maine area. Regulated services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with applicable codes.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and the conditions we can reasonably observe. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions are discovered during the job that could not be seen beforehand. 3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Payment

After we complete your work, we send an invoice by email that includes a secure payment link. Payments are processed through QuickBooks (Intuit), and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

5. Workmanship and Warranties

We stand behind our work. We warranty both our workmanship and the parts we supply for one year from the date of service. Any equipment or parts we install may also carry a manufacturer's warranty; we pass those warranties through to you but are not the manufacturer.

6. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required, we perform work in accordance with applicable state and local codes and obtain permits as needed. Permit fees, where required, are billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
